Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s concerns, identifying the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure a resolution
Respond to customers or potential customers for questions about the product or service through different media (email, messaging applications, social media platforms, etc.)
Write a report about the customer’s concerns and coordinate with the proper department / team
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Support potential customers by answering and providing product and service questions, and suggesting information about other products and services
Persuade or influence the customer to avail of the products or services offered (if any)
Do basic administrative tasks (refer to General VA)
