How do I apply?

I don’t have any experience doing remote work, can I still apply?

A common misconception for becoming a Virtual Assistant is that you need to have experience. If you have these skills, then we want you!

If you're from the corporate industry you definitely have these skills. If you've just graduated from college, surely these are things you've done in school! Students who have these skills can apply too!

Do you accept undergraduates?

Yes, as long as you have the essential skills and experience for the role you are applying for.

Can I apply even if I can only work part time?

Yes, we accept applicants who can only work part time, but you’ll get a higher chance of getting hired if you can work full time.

How long is the application process?

The application process could take weeks to months depending on the volume of application we process.

Do you provide paid training? 

Yes, we want to make sure that all our VAs are well-equipped before they start working for a client.

How long is the training? 

Training could be from 20-30 hours per week and it could take anywhere from a week to a maximum of three months depending on your performance.

Can I choose my own schedule?

Schedules vary and will be discussed during the interview process. We will however, prioritize applicants who can work during US & UK day time to cater for our international clients. Schedules will be set and agreed prior to the offer.

Where and how will the training be conducted?

Training will be conducted online. We use Slack as our main messaging tool and Clickup, a platform we use to track tasks and training. 

How long will it take to get a client?

We have clients waiting to find the Virtual Assistant who fits their requirements. After your training, we will start the process of matching you with the right client.

How much will I be paid?

Salary range is commensurate with experience.

When can I expect payment?

Payment is weekly (every Monday, end of day) through direct bank deposit.

Will there be paid leaves/holidays?

Technically, VAs are considered independent contractors and not employees; so you are not entitled to any paid leaves or holidays.
