Do you have what it takes to be a General VA?

We need somebody who can:

  • Research, analyze and present information on a variety of topics
  • Write and edit business correspondences -Make and receive occasional phone calls in a professional manner
  • Create basic reports (e.g. reports on tasks, etc)
  • Do basic bookkeeping (e.g. encoding or copy-pasting information on financial transactions in a spreadsheet)
  • Assist in social media tasks (e.g. set-up accounts, research content, etc)
  • Build and maintain database (eg. update email or contact lists) -Respond to emails and manage inbox efficiently
  • Prioritize and manage tasks to accomplish them on time
  • Coordinate and schedule online calls & meetings
  • Make travel arrangements for flights, hotels, cars, etc.
  • Organize information through Google Sheets (or similar)
  • Do HR support tasks such as maintaining and updating employee information, assistance in recruitment and -payroll tasks
